"Success is not one-size-fits-all..."

Happy new year!

I have recently finished reading THE best self-help book I’ve read to date, by New York Times bestselling author Sarah Knight - suffice to say, I need to share it with you.

Considering the new year brings with it all sorts of ambitions and cliché’s – “new year, new me” and thus forth – I thought it best to select some key parts of this gem of an autobiography, to aid with the self-assessments we all put ourselves through around the 1st of (dry) January.

You Do You, £12.99, or as I call it… the bible…by my fave personality-guru Sarah Knight, follows her prior masterpieces The Life Changing Magic of Not Giving a F**k and Get Your Sh*t Together (both of which I’m yet to read…but trust me, I will).

It’s elementary in this generation to follow suit of every-one else – get married at a certain age, have children at a certain age, get your dream job aged 18…. Really?!

Knight subverts these aforementioned expectations and “social norms” through her clarification that looking after number one and being just as eccentric as you want to be, really is the way forward…

Consequently, here are my favourite snippets from the book... (I’d include the whole lot if I could). Enjoy!

In no particular order

7. Success is not one-size-fits-all

I hope you've enjoyed this little bit of inspo! X
